This Refund & Payment Policy (“Policy”) describes how payments, subscriptions, and refunds are handled by Storyshine Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) for users (“you”, “your”) who purchase services or subscriptions through the Storyshine platform.

By making a payment on Storyshine, you agree to the terms of this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Content Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Payment Terms

  • All payments for Storyshine’s services (including design services, premium subscriptions, or managed plans) must be made online through our authorized payment partners such as Razorpay or any other gateway integrated on the platform.
  • Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallet options supported by the payment provider.
  • You must provide valid and accurate billing details during payment.
  • By completing a transaction, you authorize Storyshine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to process and receive the payment amount for the service selected.
  • Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email or invoice at your registered email address.

2. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices for our services and subscriptions are displayed clearly before payment.
  • Storyshine reserves the right to modify or revise prices at any time.
  • Applicable taxes (GST or otherwise) will be added as per government regulations.
  • Any promotional offers or discounts are time-limited and non-transferable.

3. Refund Policy

As Storyshine provides digital and creative services, payments are generally non-refundable once services have been initiated or subscriptions activated.

However, a refund may be considered in the following specific cases:

Eligible for Refund
  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
  • Service not delivered due to a system or platform failure on our end.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction detected and verified by the payment gateway.
Not Eligible for Refund
  • Change of mind after service activation.
  • Dissatisfaction arising from creative preferences or design revisions.
  • Delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or user inaction.
  • Partially used subscription or early cancellation by the user.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original source of payment within 7–10 working days after internal verification.

  • You may cancel an active subscription anytime through your Storyshine account or by emailing [email protected].
  • Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining unused period of an active subscription.

  • Services and subscriptions purchased on Storyshine are activated once payment confirmation is received.
  • For design or creative service orders, our team will contact you via your registered email or dashboard within the communicated timeline.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the design or service plan selected.
  • Users are expected to cooperate by providing required content, media, or instructions for timely completion.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • All payment or refund-related disputes must be raised via email to [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Our team will investigate and respond within 15 working days of receiving the complaint.
  • You may also contact Razorpay or the respective payment provider in case of unresolved transaction failures.

7. Payment Security

  • Storyshine uses PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to ensure secure and encrypted transactions.
  • We do not store your full payment details such as card numbers or CVV.
