These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Storyshine Technologies Private Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”), the company that operates the Storyshine platform.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Storyshine, you agree to these Terms, our Content Policy, Privacy Policy, and Grievance Redressal Mechanism.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under Indian law.
- Provide true, current, and complete registration details.
We may suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.
2. Use of the Platform
We use collected data to:
- Create, edit, and publish digital stories showcasing your business, services, or products.
- Include “Call Us,” “WhatsApp Us,” “Visit Website,” or “Visit Store” CTAs.
You agree not to:
- Use Storyshine for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
- Upload malware, spam, or harmful code.
- Violate intellectual property rights or compromise platform integrity.
- Publish or share any content that breaches our Content Policy.
3. Account Verification
- Users must complete OTP verification (mobile or email) before publishing.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Report unauthorized access immediately to [email protected].
4. Intellectual Property
- All Storyshine software, designs, and trademarks belong to Storyshine Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant Storyshine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for platform functionality.
5. Content Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the stories, media, and materials you publish.
- Storyshine may review or remove content that violates laws, intellectual property rights, or our policies.
6. Payment & Subscription
- Storyshine Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides optional paid design services and managed subscription plans.
- Payments for these services are processed securely through authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay or other approved partners.
- All charges are displayed before purchase, and applicable taxes (such as GST) will apply as per Indian law.
- Service activation will occur only after successful payment confirmation.
7. Refund & Cancellation
- Once purchased, services and subscriptions are non-refundable, except in cases of:
- Proven technical failure or system error on Storyshine’s side.
- Duplicate payment due to a gateway malfunction.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days to [email protected].
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but cancellations do not trigger refunds for unused periods.

8. Platform Role Disclaimer
Storyshine is a content creation and publishing platform that enables users to promote their own products, services, and businesses.
- Storyshine does not sell, resell, or guarantee any product or service listed by users.
- All communications, transactions, or payments between users and their customers occur directly outside the Storyshine platform.
- Storyshine is not responsible for the accuracy, pricing, or authenticity of user-published information.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
- We may also discontinue or restrict access to certain features at our discretion, with or without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Storyshine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
- The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Your use of Storyshine is at your own risk.
11. Privacy
Your use of Storyshine is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on our website, and continued use of Storyshine constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India.
